Step 1
Prepare dandelion infusion
Rinse dandelion petals gently to remove dirt and insects. Place only the yellow petals in a heatproof bowl and pour hot water over them. Let steep until cooled to room temperature.

Strain the infusion
Strain the liquid through a fine mesh sieve, discarding the petals. This becomes the floral base of the lemonade.
Step 3
Add lemon and sweetener
Stir in fresh lemon juice and honey or sugar while the liquid is still slightly warm so it dissolves fully.
